Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. While we'll help investigate, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages the carrier confirms were delivered. We recommend:

- Installing security cameras or doorbell cameras
- Using package lockboxes
- Shipping to workplace or trusted neighbor if theft is a concern
9.2 Damaged Package or Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately: Damaged box, packaging materials, and damaged items
